Salad Base

  • 6 cups Fresh baby spinach Ensure it's washed and dried thoroughly.
  • 2 cups Strawberries Rinsed, dried, and sliced.
  • 1 cup Blueberries Optional, rinsed and dried.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Toasted pecans Toast until golden for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumble over the top.

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze For drizzling over the salad.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Enhance the overall flavor.

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the fresh spinach thoroughly, then tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the prepared spinach in a large serving bowl.
  • Rinse the strawberries, pat them dry, and slice them into thin pieces.
  • If using blueberries, rinse and dry them as well.
  • Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the bowl with the spinach.

Assembling the Salad

  • Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the greens and berries.
  • Crumble the feta cheese over the top.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently to combine.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and presentation.

Notes
