  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for mixing and garnish
  • 1 cup Croutons For added texture

  • Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Dice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop into strips or bite-sized pieces.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss thoroughly to coat all ingredients.
  • Gently fold in grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.

Final Steps
