Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth, leaving small lumps for texture.
  • Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
  • Add the baking soda and salt, mixing well.
  • Mix in the granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to over-mix.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
