Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels.
  • Season both sides of each breast with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter.
  • Allow the butter to melt to a light, creamy color, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  • Gently lay the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook them undisturbed for 7 to 8 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the chicken breasts and continue to cook for another 7 to 8 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Check internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F and let the chicken rest before serving.

Serving
