Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and stir for an additional minute.
  • Incorporate ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Cooking

  • Add shredded cabbage along with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well, cover, and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  • Remove lid and stir once more before serving.

Notes
