  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Brush the honey BBQ sauce over each chicken breast, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Allow the chicken to marinate in the BBQ sauce for about 15 minutes.

Cooking Potatoes

  • In a large pot, boil salted water and add the baby potatoes.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes or until tender.

Cooking Chicken

  • Grill the marinated chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Brush with additional BBQ sauce during the last minute of cooking.

Finishing Potatoes

  • Drain the boiled potatoes and return them to the pot.
  • Add olive oil, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese, and toss well.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.

Serving
