Vegetables

Cheese and Dressing

Instructions
 

Preparing the Pasta

  • Cook your chosen pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Preparing the Vegetables

  • Rinse and chop the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Mixing the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with all the chopped vegetables. Toss gently.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Toss again to coat the ingredients evenly.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
