Preparation

  • Gather all fresh ingredients and rinse them thoroughly.
  • Slice the mangoes and avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh.
  • Chop the mango and avocado into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Finely chop the red onion and bell pepper and add to the mixing bowl.
  • Gently toss the ingredients together to combine without crushing the avocados.
  • Coarsely chop the cilantro and fold it into the salad.
