Preparation

  • Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned chicken and toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken in a single layer.
  • Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary before removing from heat.

Warming Tortillas

  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20-30 seconds.

Assembly
