  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Adjust spice level to taste
  • 2 pieces flour tortillas (10-inch) For wrapping
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can be substituted with blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce For crunch
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes For freshness
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your favorite

Preparation

  • Poach or bake the chicken breasts until fully cooked (15-20 minutes for poaching, 25-30 minutes at 375°F for baking). Allow to cool, then shred.
  • Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Assembly

  • Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  • Place buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll tortillas tightly, tucking sides in, and slice each wrap in half.

Notes

Adjust buffalo sauce heat to your preference. Use fresh tortillas for the best results. Can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with tofu or tempeh.
