Ingredients
  

Noodles and Beef

  • 8 oz Fresh egg noodles Can substitute with any preferred noodle type.
  • 1 lb Tender beef sirloin Thinly sliced.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Cooking Essentials

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For cooking.
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger Grated.

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp Green onions Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil water in a large pot, add fresh egg noodles, and cook according to package instructions (about 3 to 5 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Whisk until well mixed.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add thin slices of beef and stir-fry for about 3 to 4 minutes until browned evenly on all sides.
  • Pour the sticky sauce over the beef and stir well to coat. Incorporate the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated.

Notes

Add vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for extra nutrition. Adjust the recipe to suit dietary needs or preferences.
